Reach customers in-branch and online

A broad mix of traditional and digital assets were developed to communicate the benefits of various FCU 360 products and programs. Social outreach campaigns, targeted banner advertising, or simple printed assets available at the teller window – one message: flexible banking is easy at 360 Federal Credit Union.

The Results

Awareness of 360 Federal Credit Union’s unique blend of easy to engage with banking options was strengthened for new and existing customers. The bank experienced audience growth in their social channels and saw increased engagement within various ongoing programs and initiatives.
